Paper Title
An Exploration of Skills and Competencies Critical for Jobs in Cross-Cultural Environment: An International Perspective: Research Proposal
Abstract
societies and economies have become increasingly science and technology-based, powered and driven, and more
globally oriented toward more interactions and communications. The increasing connectivity among different entities by the
use of information technology poses problem to education on how to form the type of students capable of inserting
themselves in the new flat world as Thomas Friedman called it. This paper is a proposal to start a research paper that will
explore aspects of skill gaps, establish the nature and extent of skill deficiencies among university graduates, and identifies
