In this study, the relationship between organizational trust and perceived job insecurity of middle school teachers
working in public and private schools were analyzed,it is also examined whether these perceptionsdifferaccording to some
demographic variables. Data of the research was obtained from 1008 teachers who are working in public and private middle
schools in Istanbul/Turkey.
